This AGREEMENT is made between you the user and/or member hereinafter referred to as (“You”), and AlgoBox Pro, the owner of www.AlgoBoxPro.com hereinafter referred to as (“AlgoBox Pro”) or (“the Service”)

The Parties agree as follows:

AlgoBox Pro provides the website known as AlgoBoxPro.com (“the Service”) subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. If you are not at least 18 years old, please do not access or use the Service.

Lifetime is a one-time fee that is a tuition for education which also includes free access to all Lifetime products offered at the time. Lifetime tuition, even if made in installments, is to be paid in full as the product is an education and therefore can be utilized by the student immediately in full after the full installment. User agreeing to the Lifetime education is not allowed a refund under any circumstances after signing up.

AlgoBox Pro provides general information for educational uses only. Nothing AlgoBox Pro provides is meant to be a recommendation or offer to buy or to sell securities. When you purchase an Educational Service, including but not limited to a Trading Course or Chat Room Subscription, you will receive a streaming or digital version – no physical products will be shipped. AlgoBox Pro reserves to right to offer public and private promotions and discounts for any and all listed fees at their discretion. AlgoBox Pro can at any time open membership only features to the public temporarily on occasions for demonstration purposes. Unless otherwise stated explicitly, all promotional discounts and coupons apply to full price subscription at time of enrollment. Full price is equal to the full monthly cost of a subscription for the length of the payment period.

If you do not agree with the terms of this disclaimer, please exit this site immediately. Please be advised that your continued use of this site or the information provided herein shall indicate your consent and agreement to these terms.

Hypothetical Performance Disclaimer:

Hypothetical performance results have many inherent limitations, some of which are described below. Payment Service Charge

AlgoBox Pro merchant partners and services often charge additional fees for use which we reserve the right to incorporate in addition to stated member pricing listed on the website. This will be clearly detailed in the invoice you receive from our payment system.

Mentoring Services

When you purchase a Mentoring Service, “1-on-1” this is including but not limited to a Day Trading Course or any day trading “Course Package,” you will receive a streaming or digital version, or be present in a live webinar – no physical products will be shipped. AlgoBox Pro mentors are not licensed to provide financial advice, so a “1-on-1” is a mentor providing information about personal trading experience and should not be constituted as financial or trading advice. Results from any individual mentor performance claims is to be considered by a client to be hypothetical and does not guarantee success for any particular client or subscriber to AlgoBox Pro. Mentors are not assumed to be professional or institutional traders or licensed financial advisers; instead they are other members sharing their own personal experience, education, and strategies for the sake of general knowledge sharing. Results are assumed to be hypothetical only and for educational purposes and do not guarantee any repeatable success for any member. All distributed information, tool, guidance, or instruction from any mentor, is for educational purposes only and not in any way shape or form investment or trading advice.

Upon booking mentor will be prompt and on time as per the agreed upon schedule, please let an instructor know at least 24 hours prior to the time of your class to reschedule the class or risk having to pay for the class. You may cancel your session or change your mentor at any time through the tools on available on the website and you will not be charged for additional scheduled classes if cancellation is at least 24 hours prior to your next class. Payments must be made in full prior to the start time of your class or the teacher has the ability to cancel the session at their discretion.

Trader Risk

AlgoBox Pro is not responsible for any loss or trades made by any member as a result of any of AlgoBox Pro’s “Course Packages,” “1-on-1,” mentoring services, “Trading Chatroom,” or any form of distributed media, email, video, indicators, coded scripts, strategies, or correspondence whatsoever from AlgoBoxPro.com, AlgoBox Pro’s partners, or any of our email or content providing services. Members are advised to trade at their own risk and to consult a licensed professional for any and all investment or trading advice. All posted performance results or claims of algorithms or indicators are hypothetical and for the sake of discussion or collaboration for members to discuss and work on the improvement of the particular algorithm or indicator, and not to be understood as guaranteed real-world claims of performance. All tools created by AlgoBox are for educational purposes only.

How to Cancel Services

You can cancel your account directly from your membership portal, on paypal, or by emailing AlgoBoxPro@gmail.com and request cancellation. Please leave your name and a contact email address where we can send confirmation of cancellation if emailing.

Changes to Agreement

Change the terms and conditions of this Agreement; or

Change any fees or charges for use of the Service; or
Sell, transfer or otherwise share some or all of the AlgoBox Pro’s assets, including your personally identifiable information, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets or in the event of bankruptcy.
Remove accounts from or deny access our free public chatroom for any reason with no explanation–since it is public access this is to prevent spam, phishing, advertising, and protect our member base from malicious content
Your continued use of the Service indicates your acceptance of all revisions, and you should, therefore, periodically visit this page to review these policies for changes.

Conditions of Use

While using the Service you must not do any of the following:

Record, save, or redistribute any content of the Service without expressed written consent from AlgoBox Pro. This includes our software outputs, our calculation methods, our “rules,” and “strategies” our trademarked names or catch phrases, our likeness, or anything related to the proprietary and confidential IP of AlgoBox Pro, LLC and Vinny Emini
Attempt to hack/crack or in any way restrict access to the site for others or obtain administrative access for yourself
Harass other members
Flood or spam the chat room with advertisements or solicitations
Use the site for unlawful purposes
Transmit any materials that contain any viruses or other harmful or disruptive software Record and distribute any members only content
Create a hostile environment for other members through actions in or out of our chat room and other social areas of the site.
Attempt to steal our content from other members
Attempt to solicit personal information from our members (i.e. “doxxing”) about anyone in or out of the AlgoBox community.
Share your account with anyone else to give access to non-subscribers, or any form of circumventing our membership process to gain free access to any of our tools or services.

End User License Agreement

When signing up for our service or learning any of our proprietary methods or using our software and calculations YOU MUST DISCLOSE IN WRITING (via email to AlgoBoxPro@gmail.com) the following:

You are a member or owner or employee or community leader/moderator/admin etc… of a competing publication, social media outlet or business (trade room, trading community, software company), even if the business is not functioning yet. Disclose the name of the entity(s) who would be competing and your position in the company
if you work for a financial institution (you are a “professional” financial employee) or disclose that you are a non-professional. You do not have to disclose the name of your employer.
Any criminal records misdemeanor or felonies (only if related to financial crimes, trade practice crimes, or fraud)
That you state this software is for personal use only and you will not redistribute the numbers to others in any way, or publish the results in any publication anywhere (including social media), or change the results slightly and publish them as your own.
That if you seek to redistribute our information, outputs, or calculations, disclose that you are seeking a “redistribution” license, and wish to pay the additional fee.
That you will not use other software to interact with our software (such as automation/macros), or use software to extract information from our own software to feed into your own publication or as inputs into your own software.

Violation of any of the Conditions of Use may result in termination of membership without refund and/or further legal action, as theft of information and methods will not be tolerated.

Self Promoting

No external links or mentions promoting your own personal following on social media, brands you are representing, or third party representations that can potentially compete with AlgoBox . No reference to any competing brands (monetized or unmonetized) are allowed whatsoever to be represented in AlgoBox's forums or chatrooms without written permission from AlgoBox.

AlgoBox reserves the right to deny or approve any third party link or representation with no explanation given. Furthermore, without asking for permission your link will be removed, and you will receive a warning. In the event your username or avatar represents self-promotion or promotion of a third party entity AlgoBox deems a competing entity (officially formed, or not), AlgoBox can and will change your username and avatar at their leisure if it is in their control such as the AlgoBox website and will communicate the change to you and let you pick a new name and/pr avatar. Or in the case of third party applications (such as Discord) where AlgoBox has no control over, we will inform you to remove mentions of a third party brand, self-promotion, or reference to another service or vendor and you will be instructed to change it.

This is in place to prevent this community and its members from being approached by others soliciting for a current or future business or following. This will not be a place for people to snipe members for a business or online following.

Non compliance with this rule will lead to termination without refund.

Termination

AlgoBox Pro may terminate your account and discontinue your access to the Service for any reason, or no reason, at any time in its sole discretion, with or without notice.

The Service may contain links to other websites. Unless explicitly stated or an official AlgoBox Pro “Partner,” in the “Partnerships” section of this document, the fact that we link to a website is not an endorsement, authorization or representation of our affiliation with that third party. We do not exercise control over any third party websites, including partner sites. Your use of any of the hyperlinks on this website to other Internet sites is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any third party sites hyperlinked from this website, including partner sites, nor are we responsible for the integrity of products or services offered by any third party websites, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability, non-infringement, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Live Educational Webinar/Stream Disclaimer

Past performance is not indicative of future results, you should not assume you will be profitable given the industry’s high failure rate. AlgoBox Pro does not offer trade ideas or investment advice and does not attempt to influence of the purchase of or sale of any particular equities or futures products. AlgoBox Pro does not make investments for you. Members are to trade at their own risk. Discussions during the daily webinars are not trade ideas, rather they are educational and instructional discussions meant to teach universal trading techniques and strategies even if a specific instrument or asset class is used as an example. AlgoBox Pro does not attempt to influence the purchase or sale of any equity, future, index, or asset class or any financial product that is used as an example for discussion during a live webinar.

You agree that these Terms of Use and any dispute arising out of your use of the Website or products or services provided by the Website will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to choice of law provisions. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to the Website (including but not limited your registration for a user account and/or your use of the Website and the services it provides) shall be in the state or federal courts located in Texas, USA.
